For five decades Lester Brown has been one of the world’s leading voices on the environment and sustainable development. Authoring or co-authoring 50 books and countless articles, founding both the World Watch Institute and the Earth Policy Institute, he has helped shaped the concept of sustainability as we know it today.
Recently in Stockholm in support of the Swedish translation of his latest publication ‘Plan B 4.0: Mobilizing to Save Civilization’, Think Globally Radio had the opportunity to talk to Lester Brown about the challenges we face as a civilization, as well as about his career as an unrelenting advocate of sustainability spanning almost 50 years.
