Evaluating the Environmental Policies of the Swedish Government
with Jonas Rudberg, Naturskyddsföreningen/Swedish Society for Nature Conservation
The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (Naturskyddsföreningen) has just published a highly critical report of the current government’s environmental policies and practices on questions ranging from biodiversity protection to sustainable forestry and ecological agriculture. In an election year, this report from Sweden’s oldest environmental NGO will to a large extent shape the debate on environmental issues in the months ahead.
The report’s lead author Jonas Rudberg will visit Think Globally Radio this Sunday to bring us up to date on the state of Swedish environmental protection since 2006 when the Alliance government took power.
